Risk and eligibility
Real estate and private offerings involve risk, including loss of principal. Access does not mean an opportunity is safe, approved, suitable, or expected to perform.
Third-party providers
Lenders, attorneys, registered portals, escrow providers, administrators, and other professionals make their own decisions and operate under their own terms.
Senior lender approval
Funding sources and subordinate structures must be approved by the senior lender where applicable.
